This form is taken out of the Wudang 64 Long Form and focuses on body structure and introduces you to the 8 energies and the 36 sections of the human body.

Before you start to practice this form you should be familiar with the Basic stances Hui Chun Qi Gong and Bu Fa Gong moving meditation. The 36 Form is an out take of the 64 Long Form and will lay the foundation and prepare you for more advanced forms like the 64 Long Form and Mian Zhang Cotton Palm.
